VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW

1.              ELIGIBILITY: This Avis Car Sales, LLC, 250th Independence Day Sales Promotion (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 States of the United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of Sponsor (defined below) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies, agencies, and immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, and spouse, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2.              SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: The Sponsor and administrator of this Promotion is Avis Car Sales, LLC, 379 Interpace Parkway, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054 (the 
"Sponsor").

3.              AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

4.              PROMOTION PERIOD; GENERAL TERMS: The Promotion runs from 12:01 a.m. ET on June 29, 2026, through 11:59 p.m. ET on July 17, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). To qualify, a customer must consummate a purchase of a vehicle from Sponsor pursuant to a vehicle purchase contract that is signed and dated on or before the final day of the Promotion Period; the date the purchase contract is signed determines eligibility for the Promotion. The Promotion applies to all vehicle inventory listed on the Avis Car Sales website, www.aviscarsales.com, subject to availability.  No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the Promotion to others, or requests for the cash equivalent by the purchasing customer is permitted. If a qualifying purchaser is unable to accept the Promotion or is disqualified for any reason, the Promotion will not be awarded. Each discount described below (each, a "Discount") is a flat discount taken off the final pre-Discount vehicle purchase price to be paid by the customer. The number of Discounts awarded is subject to vehicle availability and one Discount may be applied to one vehicle purchase.

5.              SITEWIDE OFFER (stated: A Discount in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) (the "Sitewide Discount") will be awarded to any customer who consummates a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period, as stated above. The Sitewide Offer is open to all customers, and no promotional code, email, or other verification is required to receive the Sitewide Discount.

7.              OFFERS NOT COMBINABLE; ONE DISCOUNT PER PURCHASE: The Sitewide Offer and the Avis Rental Customer Offer may not be combined with each other or applied to the same purchase. A customer who qualifies for both the Sitewide Offer and the Avis Rental Customer Offer will receive a total Discount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500). Only one (1) Discount will be awarded per vehicle purchase. The Discounts may not be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon, or promotion unless expressly authorized by Sponsor in writing. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of any Discount to others, or requests for the cash equivalent by the purchasing customer, is permitted. If a qualifying purchaser is unable to accept a Discount or is disqualified for any reason, the Discount will not be awarded.

8.              RECIPIENT IDENTIFICATION AND NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will make the decision about whether a purchase is a qualifying purchase, and which Discount (if any) applies, entitling the purchaser to receipt of a Discount in its sole discretion.

9.              RETURNS. If a recipient of a Discount returns the purchased vehicle, the eligibility for the Discount is forfeited immediately. Sponsor reserves the right to offset the amount of any funds that have been awarded as a Discount against any refund or credit that otherwise may be due to the recipient of the Discount.
